Physiotherapy in Calgary for Knee

Place cones or other soft barrier in a short line.

Start by standing parallel to the line, then explosively jump up and sideways over the barrier with both feet.

Try to tuck your knees up towards your chest as you jump, and land on bent knees and ankles for shock absorption.

Then, facing the same direction, jump back over the barrier again. Gradually increase your speed and the height of the barrier.
